Do you sell to the public?

No, we are strictly a wholesaler and sell only to registered alarm installers.
Should you wish to be referred to one of our customers please contact our office.

Do you supply nationwide?

Yes we do – shipping out of Perth is done each day. Depending on weight, orders can be sent overnight to most major centres or by road which usually takes 4-5 working days. Please contact our office for your specific requirements.

How do i get a copy of an installation manual?

All installation documents and manuals are available to registered installers via our website. To download these documents you must register your details on our web site where you will be given a user name and password to access ALL installation files.

Do you provide technical support

Yes our team of technicians are available Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (AWST) or by appointment. 

How can i open an account

If you are an installer simply contact us with a copy of your security installer’s licence and we will contact you. Alternatively, you can fax this to (08) 9240 6284.

Do you provide training?

Yes we provide comprehensive training on all the products we sell. Our head office has complete training facilities to cater for individual training right up to group training sessions. We can also arrange on site training or interstate training sessions.
